Therapeutic Self-Healing to Nourish your Nervous System
This workshop combines yoga movements and pranayama (breathwork) with the body’s natural, therapeutic shaking response.
A simple, gentle, and profound practice that facilities the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle and the release of physical and emotional stress and tension.
During our Yoga practice, we safely self-induce therapeutic vibration using yoga postures and breath. Often vibration begins in the legs and may spread throughout the entire body. This method is based on Dr. David Berceli’s technique of Trauma Releasing Exercises® (TRE®).
THIS WORKSHOP IS ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE CURRENT OR PREVIOUS TRE® and YOGA EXPERIENCE.
IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS!
Please note that once you have secured your space, you will receive an email that will enquire your TRE® Experience, along with a form link which needs to be completed before the date of the workshop.
This workshop is not suitable for anyone who does not know what TRE® is or has never experienced a TRE® session / practice. It is also not suitable for anyone who is not familiar with yoga movements, yoga beginners or have no yoga experience.
